Located within one of the last remnants of a former industrial expansion, in an area where the urban fabric is progressively erasing the neighbourhood's productive heritage, the former industrial building is transformed into a hybrid space for living and working. The renovation respects and preserves its industrial character, reconfiguring the interior and opening only the final bay to create a landscaped courtyard that brings natural light inside, while retaining the architectural value of the original structure. An intervention that finds in the memory of the place the starting point for its transformation.
