Within a residential marina, and entirely at odds with its surroundings, the house rises above the ground beneath a dark concrete shell that becomes lighter towards the upper levels, transforming into a responsive skin. Following the courtyard-house typology, it places a swimming pool at the centre of the composition, around which the dwelling unfolds. This experimental work combines complex geometries with cutting-edge technology, challenging not only formal tradition but also established programmatic, material and structural conventions. A futuristic reverie that evokes Fuller's spatial utopias.
