Amid a rugged, rocky landscape, the house is partially embedded in the ground and adapts to the topography through two volumes that embrace a holm oak woodland. One accommodates the social areas, opening towards the afternoon sun and the views; the other groups the sleeping quarters around a courtyard. The vaults and red-pigmented concrete walls reinforce its stereotomic character, extending the colours of the rock and earth into the architecture. An architecture that seeks to belong, finding its strength in its ability to disappear.
